Description

Toula’s House is located right by the seafront, on a beautiful beach with white sand and crystal-clear water – Agios Ioannis, near the village of Sikia (3 km), on the Sithonia peninsula. Some of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki, such as Kriaritsi and Orange Beach, are just a few minutes away from the accommodation.

In front of the complex, there is a lovely garden for relaxation, where children can play in a safe environment. Next to the accommodation, the owners also run a pizzeria, where guests can enjoy delicious homemade pizza. The nearest supermarket is about 50 meters away.

Accommodation

Toula’s House consists of 2 apartments located on the ground floor, one studio in the attic, and one completely new and luxurious studio on the ground floor, facing the garden.

• Apartment 1 consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and one separate bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, as well as one smaller double bed located in the hallway.

• Apartment 2 consists of a room with a kitchen and living area, where one single bed is located, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate bedroom with one single bed and one double bed.

• Attic studio features one double bed and one single bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. It is located on the first floor and has a balcony with a sea view.

• Luxury garden studio is located on the ground floor and includes one double bed and one single bed. It also has a bathroom with a shower.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, internet access, and a TV. All kitchens include a hotplate, a large refrigerator, basic kitchen utensils, and a dining table. Each unit features an outdoor seating set on the balcony or terrace.

There is a barbecue in the yard. Private parking is not provided, but there is ample parking space available in front of the accommodation.

Towels and bed linen are provided, while the accommodation is cleaned only before guests’ arrival. Pets are not allowed.
