Description

Toula Beach Villa Fourka is located on an elevated position overlooking the beach and the sea, in Skala Fourka on the Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki. A staircase leads down to the beach, which is approximately 50 m away. The accommodation capacity of the villa is 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children).

Accommodation

The villa consists of three levels.

On the first level, i.e. the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofa beds, as well as a kitchen and dining area within the same space. The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator, stove, oven, electric kettle, and microwave oven. There is also a toilet on the ground floor (WC and washbasin).

On the second, air-conditioned level, there are two bedrooms furnished with two single beds each. There is also a bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and WC.

On the third level, i.e. the attic, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The villa features two terraces with outdoor furniture and sea views.

Guests have access to a television, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, and an iron with ironing board (upon request).

Within the yard there is a veranda furnished with comfortable seating, as well as a barbecue, which can be used upon request.

Pets are allowed upon prior request and with an additional charge.

One parking space is provided for guests. Bed linen and towels are included.
