Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Toroneon Studios is a complex in Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula, located 200 meters from the beach (downhill) and 150 meters from the center. It features accommodation for 2-4 people.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 23 studios distributed on the first and second floors. The first floor is a high ground floor marked as the first floor because it is quite high.

Studios for two people have double beds. Studios for three people contain a double bed and a single bed. Studios for four people have two doubles or a double and a bunk bed. It is not possible to add extra beds.

Each unit has a kitchenette that includes a two-burner stove, a small refrigerator, and kitchenware, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. All studios offer terraces with tables and chairs. It is important to note that not all balconies are the same size and those on the first floor are more spacious. Eight units have nice sea views.

The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and safes. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

A reception desk with a lovely decorated lobby is available within the complex. The facility does not have private parking, but parking is possible near the accommodation.
