• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Welcome to Top Studios, located in charming Vourvourou, in the second peninsula of Halkidiki, Sithonia. Vourvourou is a unique place, ideal for everyone who looks for serenity and a peaceful environment, well known for its natural landscape, full of pine trees, marvelous beaches with clean blue water, and numerous inhabitable small islands. We invite you to taste our hospitality by choosing our residence for your summer vacation, only 100m. away from “Karidi Beach”.

Our residence consists of 2 buildings (A and B). Our buildings follow the local architecture and natural landscape and consist of 17 studios and 2 apartments, a pizzeria, a pool, and a pool bar.

Accommodation

Standard Double Studios (21m2) are located on the 1st floor of building A of our residence. On the ground floor of building A is located our pizza restaurant (Pizza Top). They are furnished with one matrimonial bed and are ideal for 1 or 2 persons.
• Facilities: kitchen, W.C., A/C, T.V., hairdryer, coffeemaker, 24hours hot water, private balcony, mosquito nets, WiFi

Standard Family Studios (22-24m2) are located on the 1st floor of building A of our residence. On the ground floor of building A is located our pizza restaurant (Pizza Top). They are furnished with one double bed and 1 single bed which is extended to 2 single beds or 1 birth and are ideal for 2 persons or 1 family with 1 or 2 small children(aged up to 10 years old).
• Facilities: kitchen, W.C., A/C, T.V., hairdryer, coffeemaker, 24-hour hot water, private balcony, mosquito nets, WiFi.

Superior Studios (25m2) are located on the ground and on the 1st floor of building B of our residence. They are furnished with one double bed and 1 single bed which is extended to 2 single beds. They can accommodate for 2 or 3 adult persons or 1 family with 1 or 2 small children(aged up to 10 years old).
• Facilities: kitchen, W.C., A/C, TFT/LCD T.V., hairdryer, coffeemaker, 24-hour hot water, private balcony or terrace, mosquito nets, garden or pool view

Apartments (35m2) are located on the ground of building B of our residence. They consist of 2 rooms, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and another room furnished with one double bed and 1 single bed or 2 single beds. They can accommodate 4 adult persons or 1 family with 2 or 3 children.
• Facilities: kitchen, W.C., A/C, TFT/LCD T.V., hairdryer, coffeemaker, 24-hour hot water, private balcony or terrace, mosquito nets, garden or pool view

Pizza baked in a traditional wood-burning oven!

This has been our motto since the very beginning in June of 1998 when we opened our Pizzeria. Taste the Only Italian Pizza baked traditionally in a wood-burning oven. Combine your meal by selecting pasta or fresh salads from our menu. Finish your meal with a sweet pancake of your choice or an ice cream.

Trenutno smo na odmoru u Top studios. Sve pohvale,posebno je dobro za porodice sa malom decom. Dvorište je zaista ogromno,sa puno sadržaja za decu i odrasle. Usluga i higijena besprekorni. Jedina zamerka je vrlo malo tople vode i očajan internet! Za ovu cenu vlasnici bi mogli da ulože tih 10-ak evra i porade na brzini i jačini signala...
