Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

To Pelagos Villa is located in the front of the beach, in Vrachos, and offers excellent location, sea view and parking place.

Accommodation

To Pelagos Villa includes teo buildings and in total 18 accommodation units, 9 in each building.

Left building (from the sea)

There are six apartments and three studios in this buidling.
Apartments (35m2) are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. All have a bedroom with a double bed, living room with two single beds, kitchenette with 2 stove rings and small fridge, bathroom with shower and terrace. Air conditioner is located in the bedroom. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed for a child and can accommodate up to 4+1 people.

Studios (30m2) have a double bed, single bed and one extra bed can be added.

They are located on the 3rd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The right building

The other building includes nine studios.

Studios (25m2) have a double bed and a sofa bed. All studios are renovated, some are a bit older and the other are recently renovated. Kitchenette have induction stove and bathrooms have a shower cabin.
