Tivoli Palms Apartment is located in Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula, 600m from Kallithea Beach, 3km from Liosi Beach, 70m from the nearest bakery, and about 90m away from the market.
The facility offers accommodation for 2 to 4 people and provides Wi-Fi internet, TV, air conditioning, BBQ facilities, a swimming pool, a children’s playground, and a pool bar.

Accommodation

Tivoli Palms Apartment has 7 accommodation units - two four-bed apartments, one three-bed apartment, two studios for 5 people, a double, and a triple studio. They are all located in the same building.

Four-bed apartments (34m2) are located on the first and second floors and are identically equipped, consisting of a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom. The living room has one single bed, and the bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, a coffee machine, an induction hob, and a small fridge with a freezer compartment.

The three-bed apartment has a kitchen in a separate room, while the bedroom has a double bed and a sofa.

A triple studio is also available, completely renovated in the spring of 2025. It is equipped with a double bed and a sofa, features a kitchen with a small fridge, a kettle and a stovetop, a terrace, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

Studios for up to 5 people can accommodate 3 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults. Each unit has a double and a single bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

None of the units offer a pool view; all terraces face the street. The accommodations are accessed from the courtyard where the pool is located, so it can only be seen if the entrance doors are open.
