Thomai Studio is located less than 200 meters from the beach, in Psakoudia, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Offers nice garden with sea view, well equipped accommodation unit close to the beach and center of the place.

Accommodation

Thomai Studio is located in the semi-basement, 7 steps below ground and can accommodate up to 4 people. Windows and balcony are standard and there is enough light inside.

Studio includes a double bed a bit separated with curtains, sofa bed with an drawer bed, kitchen fully equipped and bathroom.

There are two spaces for outdoor dining and sitting, one is at the back side of the buidling where is the entrance of the studio where guests can use dinign table covvered by umbrella; as well as the covered porc at the front side of the building where guests can also use sitting set.

BBQ facilities and outdoor shower are provided.
