Theasis Luxury Apartments are located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia Peninsula, 700 meters from Paradisos Beach. The complex offers luxury accommodation for 3 people with a sea view, garden, and private parking.

Accommodation

Two studios are available.

Studios Theasis 4 and Theasis 5 have the same structure and equipment. Each can accommodate 3 people and contains a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, a microwave, a small fridge, a tea and coffee maker, and kitchenware.

The studios also have a private bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a sea view. They are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

Cleaning service is not available, while bed linen and towels are replaced every 3 days.

Guests have access to a garden with outdoor furniture, free private parking, and a coffee shop within the complex.

Pets are not allowed.
