Description

Theano Villa is a charming stone house located in a quiet location on the Sithonia peninsula, 950 meters from the beach of Tristinika and about 3 kilometers from Toroni. It offers four-bed apartments, a yard with a barbecue, and private parking.

Accommodation

Theano Villa has five elegantly decorated apartments that accommodate up to 4 people. Three units are located on the ground floor, while two are located on the first floor. All are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet and television.

Apartment structure:

• Kitchen - stove with two hotplates, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, dishes
• Bathroom - shower, hair dryer, towels

Apartments are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every other day.

The property is surrounded by an organized yard with lots of greenery and a private parking lot. Guests have access to a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
