Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

In Sykia beach seafront you will find the rooms Theano be waiting to offer you unique holidays overlooking the imposing view of of Athos and Agios Ioannis beach.

We offer five spacious studios fully equipped with kitchen utensils, TV and free access to our wireless network. Studio can accommodate 3 persons (family 2+1 child).

The Theano Studios are built in the first line of the beach and is only a few steps from the beach. In our facilities operates the eponymous tavern you can taste the local cuisine.
