Description

Theano Luxury Suites is a complex in Nikiti on the Sithonia peninsula, located 500 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation units ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, a garden, and a parking lot.

Accommodation

There are 16 accommodation units of various types.

Comfort Suite
Comfort Suite is located on the second floor and contains a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a bedroom with a double bed. It also includes a private bathroom, a kitchen, and a furnished terrace with a town view.

Miasonette with Hot Tub
This unit consists of two levels interconnected by stairs. The lower level features a sleeping area with a double bed, a jacuzzi, and a small terrace with a garden view. Upstairs are a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and another terrace. The unit also has a modern bathroom with a shower.

Standard Suite
The Standard Suite is an open-plan unit located on the first floor. It contains a double bed and a sofa bed. It also offers a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large terrace with a town view.

Studio for 2+2
This unit is located on the second floor. It contains a double bed and a sofa bed. It has a private bathroom and a spacious terrace where the kitchenette and dining room are set.

Semi-Based Studio
This spacious studio consists of a partially separated sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower. It also offers a terrace with a seating area.

Kitchens in all units include a stovetop, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed every 3 days. Free room cleaning service is also available every third day.

The complex includes a yard, a barbecue, and parking, and pets are allowed on request.

Smeštaj za svaku preporuku!!! Čisto, uredno, moderno! Apartmani se svakodnevno čiste,peskiri i posteljine na tri dana!!! Gazdarica jako ljubazna i za sve što treba tu je!!! Marketi, šetalište, taverne, plaža sve vam je na udaljenosti od max 10 minuta hoda. Od mene i moje porodice čista 10-ka!!! Vidimo se sledeće godine!!!

Smestaj za svaku preporuku. Domaćini veoma ljubazni i tu su za sve što vam treba, a u isto vreme nenametljivi. Apartmani su komforni. Čistoća je za ocenu 10. Internet na zavidnom nivou. Ocena na Booking-u je 9.9 i stvarno je zaslužuju.
