• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
The Yellow Houses Apartments is a holiday complex of 12 different-size private accommodation units, each with individual entrance. They have been built in a 4 acres hillside garden and just 50m away from the seaside in Pirgadikia. All the apartments have an amazing sea view and visitors can choose among their needs.
The Yellow Houses apartments is a family-run business with a great deal of personal care.
The simple charming and unhurried atmosphere make them attractive and it is an ideal place for peaceful and quiet holidays. It is an excellent choice for those who want to leave their stress of urban life far behind.
Accommodation
Apartment type I (40m2) is a ground floor studio for max three persons with three single beds. It has an 8m2 open plan kitchen, sea-facing shaded terrace with outdoor furniture, a small garden and WC (hairdryer included).
Apartment type II (45m2) is a ground floor two space apartment for max four persons. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, an 8m2 open plan kitchen with cooking facilities and two sofa beds, sea-facing shaded terrace with outdoor furniture, a small garden and WC (hairdryer included).
Apartment type III (50m2) is an upper floor split level maisonette for max four persons. It has comfortable living room including two sofa beds, open plan kitchen, open gallery (protected by a curtain) with two additional beds reached by a stepped staircase, an 8m2 sea-facing shaded terrace with outdoor furniture and WC (hairdryer included).
Apartment type IV (55m2) is an upper floor split level maisonette for max five persons. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, open plan kitchen, open gallery (protected by a curtain) with two additional beds reached by a stepped staircase, 8sqm sea-facing shaded terrace with outdoor furniture and WC (hairdryer included).
Apartment type V (55m2) is an upper floor split level maisonette for max four persons. It has open plan living room with two sofa beds, an internal staircase which ends up in a separated second level with two beds and extra air condition, 8sqm atomic-covered terrace with sea view, fully-equipped kitchen and WC (hairdryer included).
Apartment type VI (60m2) is a superior apartment, for 5 max. adults or 2 adults with 3 kids, located on the upper floor with two shaded terraces (6 sqm sea-facing and 8 sqm mountain-facing). The apartment has two spacious spaces. The one space has a living room with one single sofa-bed, one double sofa-bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with oven. The second space has one bedroom with two single-beds. More amenities: air conditions, satellite TV, safe box, hair dryer, fans and mosquito nets.
Yellow Houses ensure a pleasant and comfortable accommodation with reception, maid service every 2-3 days, free internet, laundry service, car rentals, taxi services and parking.
Leisure & entertainment include a playground, playroom, canoe, boat, ping pong and bicycles.
The facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, barbecue, safe box, fan and sun umbrella.

Nas cetvoro provelo je tri dana u app br.6 koji prima ukupno 7 ljudi. Prostor je zaista velik, 80m2 - dve spavace sobe, dve klime, dva kupatila, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, dve terase. Prostor moze funkcionisati kao dve celine, s tim da soba sa 3 kreveta i kupatilom je odvojena vratima od drugog dela ali ima i sopstveni izlaz na svoju terasu. Sve perfektno cisto, dovoljno sudova, peskiri, sapuni, t.papir,... App je odmah prvi na spratu kad se ulazi u dvoriste, a drugi su u nizu uz brdo i uspon je strm. Na zalost, terase uopste nisu upotrebljive za sedenje. Na prvoj, koja gleda ka dvoristu i sa koje se ulazi u oba dela, nalazi se klima koja mora da radi i tu se ne moze disati. Druga koja gleda ka moru je na suncu gotovo ceo dan i nocu se tesko ohladi. Ni jednom nismo uspeli ni kafu popiti jer je vrelina neizdrziva. Klime su prica za sebe - kao da su podesene na odredjenu temp. i bilo sta da radite, smanjujete ili povecavate temp. one ne mogu rashladiti prostor kao kod mene kuci ili u nekim drugim app u kojima smo boravili. Ne znam da li je do izolacije ili cega vec, ni jednu noc nisam spavala ko covek. Plaza za koju pise da je privatna, naravno nije. Da bi dosli do plaze morate preci ulicu. Nije daleko, ali i nije bezbedno ako zelite da deca odu sama do plaze ili nazad do app.Vlasnici app imaju postavljena 3 suncobrana sa desetak lezaljki. Kazu ljudi koji tu godinama letuju da nikada nije bila guzva kao ove godine i da tu obicno nema pet ljudi. Plaza je u zalivu pa talasi cesto nanesu svakakvo smece. Voda je bila izuzetno topla, cak 29 stepeni. Meduza je bilo kao i svuda na Halkidikiju. Na plazi nema tusa.Vlasnci, tj.cela porodica su veoma ljubazni i predusretljivi, dobro govore engleski, uvek kazu -ako nesto treba samo pitajte. Pirgidikija je vrlo blizu ako zelite u restoran ili prodavnicu. Prema selu Metagici ima plantaza na kojoj mozete kupiti odlicno maslinovo ulje. Mi smo imali nesrecu da je zbog kvara celo mesto, a kako kazu i skoro pola Sitonije ostalo bez struje i nije je bilo par sati. Onda su najavili restrikcije i struje i vode ali mi smo vec otisli pa ne znm sta je bilo. Bez obzira na zaista velik, cist i veoma dobro opremljen prostor ne bih ovu lokaciju izabrala za svoje sledece letovanje
