• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The Port Studios is located 700 meters from the beach, in Porto Koufo, Sithonia.

Offers a shared barbecue, private parking, playground and a fenced garden.

Accommodation

The complex has been renovated for season 2025 and it now consists of:

• Five double studios;
• Three triple studios;
• Two quadruple studios with bunk beds;
• One apartment with a separate room for 4 guests.

Quadruple studios have a double bed (more narrow than the standard one) and two bunk beds. They can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Triple studios have a double bed (more narrow than the standard one) and a single bed.

Cleaning and linen and towel changes are done every 4 days.
