• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to
confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon
arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in
most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
House rules & information
• Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.
• Guests receive their keys upon arrival and return them at departure (lost key – 10€).
• Please keep doors and windows locked; the property does not provide a safe.
• Only the guests listed in the reservation may use the accommodation.
• Quiet hours: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.
• Use the air conditioning on “dry” mode (25–28°C); do not use it with open windows.
• Smoking is allowed only on the balcony (the apartment has a smoke detector).
• Do not touch the fire extinguisher.
• Wi-Fi is free.
• If you use your Google account on the TV, please sign out before departure.
• Linen is changed every 5 days; additional cleaning is available at extra charge.
• Do not throw paper in the toilet; dispose of garbage in the neighborhood bins.
• Any damage must be reported immediately; guests cover repair costs.
• Lost-and-found items are kept for 10 days.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Tap water is not drinkable – bottled water is recommended.

Description
The Garden Comfort Apartments is a complex in an excellent location in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula - it is set in the central part of the town, about 180 meters from the beach, within easy reach of all necessary facilities. It offers accommodation for 2-4 people with a yard and private parking.
Accommodation
Two accommodation units are available, both are located on the first floor of the building, next to each other.
• Double Superior Apartment - Suitable for 2 people, it has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa and a kitchen area. The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, a two-burner stovetop, an oven, a coffee maker, and a toaster. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.
• Two-Bedroom Family Apartment - It can accommodate 4 people and offers two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds joined together. The kitchen with a dining area is separate and includes a large fridge with a freezer, an oven, a two-burner stovetop, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The private bathroom has a shower.
Both apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and hair dryers. Cleaning is not performed during the stay, while bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay (or more often, in case of longer reservations).
Each room in both units has access to a terrace with seating.
A total of three private parking spaces are available to guests.
