• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Thassian Blue Villa is located 400 meters from beach, in Skala Potamia, on the island of Thassos. Villa is modern and newly built. Can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.

Thassian Blue Villa consists of 2 apartments: one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor.

Ground floor apartment (45m2) has a bedroom with a double bed and living room with double sofa bed and kitchen. Apartment includes 2 air conditionings.

The first floor apartment (55m2) has a bedroom with a double bed and living room with another double bed and kitchen. This unit offers side sea view.

Frying is forbidden inside.
