Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Thanos Luxury B Apartment is located in the central area of Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula, approximately 3.5 km from the beach. The apartment is situated on the first floor and is suitable for up to 5 guests.

Accommodation

The apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room includes a sofa that can accommodate a fifth guest.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a microwave oven. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a baby cot is available upon request.

Guests have access to a spacious terrace with outdoor seating and dining furniture.

Private parking is not available; however, free street parking is available in front of the property.
