Cancelation policy

Description

Thalassorama Studios is located in Skala Maries on the island of Thassos, just 50 meters from the sea and the beach. The property is set in the first row to the sea and offers a direct sea view from all accommodation units.

Accommodation

The property offers a total of six units – three double studios and three quadruple maisonettes. All units are air-conditioned and include a private bathroom, a kitchen area, a terrace with sea view, a TV, and Wi-Fi internet. It is important to note that adding extra beds is not available in any unit.

Double Studios (3 units on the first floor)

These studios are designed for up to 2 persons and are organized as an open-plan space. They feature two single beds joined together, functioning as a bed for two persons. Within the same space, there is a kitchen area equipped for basic meal preparation. The bathroom is separate and fitted with a shower. Each studio has access to a terrace with outdoor seating and a direct sea view.

Quadruple Maisonettes (3 units on the second floor)

Maisonettes accommodate up to 4 persons and are arranged on two levels. The lower level includes a kitchen area, bathroom, and a living/sleeping area with two joined single beds. The upper level (gallery), accessible via internal stairs, features two additional joined single beds intended for two persons. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Each unit has its own terrace with a sea view, suitable for outdoor relaxation.

All accommodation units are equipped with mosquito nets and have a private entrance. Cleaning is performed daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

In front of the building where all accommodation units are located, there is a street and an adjacent widened area where parking is available.
