Terrasea Apartment Mara is located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, 150 meters from the sea and about 230 meters from the nearest beach. It offers accommodation for 6 people with a view of the sea and a yard.

Accommodation

The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a sofa bed and the other with two beds measuring 110x200 cm each. The maximum capacity is 6 adults and a baby.

The kitchen with dining area is located in a separate room and includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and dishes. There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

Both rooms are air-conditioned, and one is equipped with a television. Free Wi-Fi internet is provided. Bed linen and towels are replaced every 5 days.

Guests have access to a small private terrace with a partial view of the sea. The second floor of the building features a shared terrace with a view of the sea, swings, and an outdoor area for sitting and dining.

Guests have access to a garden with a barbecue, outdoor shower, and seating.

Free parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation, or a 2-minute walk away in the school's public parking lot.
