• The above prices are in euros per room/per night (minimum stay - 3 nights).
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 10% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Pets are allowed with an extra charge - 60 EUR/ per pet for the whole stay.
• Check-in: 15:00; Check-out; 12:00. If early check-in and late check-out are possible, the owners will inform guests 1 day ahead (extra charge - 50% of the price of one night).

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

My house is located on a hillside with olive trees above Parga, with panoramic views of the city, the Castle, the harbor.

Accommodation

It consists of 4 elegant units. 3 of them are apartments that have two spaces each (bedroom and kitchen area) and can accommodate 4 people. The main room has one double bed (size of matress is 160x200cm) and bunk bed in the kitchen area (size of matress 55x180cm each). There is a studio called Terra Petra Suite which is suitable for 2 persons since the bedroom and the kitchen are in the same area. It also has a big balcony.

Towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. If needed, the guests may speak to managers, and an additional change will be possible without any extra cost.

Equipped with all the comforts of a home (kitchen, bathroom, verandas, TV, air condition, intrnet ideal for families who love tranquility, but not seclusion. Just a breath away from the city center and the beautiful Valtos beach.
