Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Tatiana Beach House (200 m²) is a two-story property and includes 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 3 toilets with showers, and one bathroom with a shower cabin.
• 1st level – Apartment 1: living room with 2 sofas, bedroom with a double bed and one sofa, fully equipped kitchen, WC with shower.
• 1st level – Apartment 2: living room with 2 sofas, bedroom with a double bed and one sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, WC with shower.
• 2nd level – Apartment 3: living room with 4 sofas, 1st bedroom with a double bed, 2nd bedroom with a double bed, 3rd bedroom with a sofa and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, WC with shower, bathroom with bathtub.
The apartments have terraces with outdoor furniture.
The property features a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a spacious yard with a barbecue available.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. A dishwasher is available, while a washing machine is available upon request. The accommodation is equipped with TVs with satellite channels and air conditioning units. Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Room cleaning is performed every 3 days.
Parking is available in front of the complex.
Small pets are allowed at an additional charge (and request).
