Tasos Resort

Tasos Resort is a villa with four apartments to rent, within a four square kilometer estate with pines, palms and olives. It is ideally positioned in a serene location in-between two villages, those of Hanioti and Polichrono in Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki. Right in front of the villa, lies a white sand beach and deep blue sea. The view from the villa is the sea and all of Sithonia peninsula.

The apartments have one to three rooms and are all located on the ground floor. The estate has a garden, playground, and outdoor shower. The outdoor premises are ideal for the recreation of the children in a safe environment. For that reason, the apartments are mostly rented by families. In the garden, the tenants may use four stone made tables with umbrellas and drink their refreshments among flowers under palm trees sitting at a distance of 15 meters from the sea. In addition, each apartment has its own veranda/ balcony which the tenants may use. Finally, a separate parking space of 1200 square meters, free WI-FI internet,  and a washing machine are available to the tenants.

The distance from the villages is one and a half kilometer, of flat road inhabited area, suitable for walking. Following your walk or bicycle ride to the villages, one may find all kinds of shops like restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, cafeterias, bars, e.t.c.

Apartments

The apartments are fully equipped with air-conditioning at every room, satellite television, refrigerators, electric kitchen, hot water heater, and microwave oven. The tenants bring and use their own cleaning and hygiene sets (cleaning consumables, soaps, shampoo, towels etc) and perform the day by day cleaning tasks. Two cloth washing machines are also available for use.

At the period of a booking guests are responsible for cleaning. The owners give new towels and bed linens every 5 days.

Tasos Resort is not pet friendly.

Apartment 1 - (50 cm under the ground level)

• 1 room, salon-kitchen fully equipped, bathroom, television. Sea and garden view. Accommodates up to 5 persons.
• The apartment is 4 steps lower from the level of the ground (garden) and rooms are a little lower in height from the usual. It has one room where there is one double bed and a single one. In the living room-kitchen, there is one couch which opens and can become a bed. In the same place, there is space where we can put one more mattress if we are asked to do so. All the rooms of this apartment have view in front of the garden and the sea.

Apartment 2

• 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, salon, fully equipped kitchen, wide terrace with built barbecue, television. Sea and garden view. Accommodates up to 9 persons. 
• It has one big veranda. In the veranda, there is a barbecue. The kitchen, the living room, and the veranda have a front view to the garden and the sea. The apartment has three rooms. The first room has two beds with the possibility to add a third bed for a child. The second room has two beds. The third room has two beds for grown-ups. In the living room, there are two big couches which can open and become beds. The apartment has two bathrooms.

Apartment 3

• 1 room, salon-kitchen fully equipped, bathroom, balcony and additional space in the side of the villa, television. Accommodates up to 4 persons.
• This apartment has one room with two beds, one living room-kitchen (joint) where there are also two beds available and one bathroom. These two spaces (room and living room-kitchen) have a view to the side of the building. The apartment has one balcony from where you can see the garden and the sea.

 Apartment 4

• 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, hall, fully equipped kitchen, the wide terrace at the side of the villa with sea and garden view, television. Accommodates up to 6 persons.
• It has two rooms. The one room has three beds and the other room has two beds. If necessary, we can put a sixth bed in the hall. It has a kitchen and a bathroom. The veranda of this apartment has two tables with big umbrellas, where you can sit and see the garden and the sea.
