• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Ta Petrina studios are located about 30m from the beach in Toroni, in Sithonia. The building is surrounded by a beautiful, fenced garden and offers a pleasant atmosphere, and the location of the villa is a good choice for those who the proximity of the beach is very important.

Accommodation

Ta Petrina Studios have seven studios of 25 m² - two studios for 2 persons and five studios for 3 persons. Studios for 2 persons contain a double bed with the possibility of pulling out the drawer as an extra bed. Three-bed studios have a double bed and one single bed with the possibility of pulling out the drawer as an extra bed. All accommodation units at this facility are air-conditioned, have WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets on the windows, an equipped kitchen with a small oven, fridge, and bathroom. A hairdryer can be used at the reception. Every 3-4 days, clean sets of bed linen and towels may be requested at the reception (the guests change them themselves).

On the beach, there is a bar with sunbeds and umbrellas. Private parking and barbecue in the villa's garden are also available to guests.

Pozitivne strane: Smeštaj nije preterano prostran ali je čist i funkcionalan. Ima veliku terasu sa pogledom na dvorište sa lepim travnjakom. Parking je obezbeđen ali se nalazi na nekih 30m od smeštaja. Blizina plaže na 2 min. Market, restoran, pekara se nalaze u blizini smeštaja.

Negativne strane: Kuhinja je slabo opremljena (nije bilo šoljica za kafu,kašičica…).

Odličan smeštaj na samo 50m od plaže.Gazdarica Marija je divna. Bili smo njeni gosti 2 puta i imamo samo reci hvale. Smestaj je cist, dobro opremljen a preko puta vile je i ogradjen parking. Sve pohvale.

U juli smo bili ovde. smestaj skroman,manji ali sa prelepom i velikom terasom. Lokacija idealna,nama pogotovo jer smo sa bebom bili. Bukvalno 2min od plaze. Parking obezbedjen. Gazde su super,dobili smo i magnet kada smo krenuli kuci. U apartmanu imate ketler,toster za tople sendvice,mutilicu za nes,jednu veliku serpu i tiganj,escajg i case i solje. Peskira dovoljno dobijete i posteljina se menja na 5 dana. Na prvu smo se smorili velicinom apartmana ali nam zaista vise i nije bilo potrebno,terasa je nadomestila prostor. Cena apsolutno opravdava smestaj,jer tesko da za manje pare mozete imati sve na dva minuta od smestaja. Od nas preporuka,ako se budemo vracali u Toroni bez razmisljanja bi dosli ovde ponovo
