• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Sunrise Villa Kriopigi is located in Kriopigi on Kassandra, 1km from the beach. It has two levels and can accommodate 8 adults and 1 child. The villa offers a garden with a summerhouse and private parking.

Accommodation

The ground floor consists of a living room with a corner sofa bed and a sofa, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a dining table.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms with double beds and a second bathroom with a shower. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, towels, and bed linen. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

Guests have access to a porch with deckchairs and two terraces on the first floor. They offer a view of the garden and a partial view of the sea.

The garden features a summer house with a barbecue, a dining table, and a seating area. Private parking is also provided.
