Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sunrise Hotel is located in the settlement of Ammouliani island, abstaining only 300m from the port. High on the hill, offers a view of the Mount Athos Gulf and innerly of its garden.

Nearby you can find a bakery (across the street), restaurants, markets and center with its attractions. The closest beach (50m away) is accessible via stairs and has fine pebbles, but it is not organised - its name is Skalakia Beach.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 2 buildings, 46 rooms (double and triple types) and offers all amenities for comfort stay.

The rooms cover an area of 15–17m2 and they have been renovated. The rooms are located on the ground floor (suitable for peope with disabilities) and first floor of the first building with a reception desk open around-the-clock. In the second building, rooms are located on the first and second floor.

The rooms include a small fridge with a freezer, a hairdryer, SAT TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning, and a tumble dryer on the terrace. The hotel has free internet access throughout and a safe box that can be used at the reception. The third bed is an auxiliary bed (metal frame with standard mattress). There are shower cabins or showers with curtains in the bathrooms.

The rooms overlook the garden and the sea, either completely or partially.

The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day, bed linens are changed every two days. Hotel provides a bed and breakfast service (buffet) from 8:00 to 11:00.

There is public parking next to the hotel where about thirty cars can be parked.
