Sunny Studio is located less than 100 meters from the beach in Skala Maries, on the island of Thassos. This ground-floor house offers accommodation for up to 4 people with a yard and a parking space.

Structurally, the unit is a studio featuring a partially separated sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a corner sofa composed of two single beds.

The kitchen includes a two-burner hob, small fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and a dining table. The house has a private bathroom with a shower.
