Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Accommodation

Sunny Siarbas Maisonettes consists of one bigger maisonette and two smaller apartments.

Maisonette No 1 spreads into two levels: on the lower floor there is a living room with corner sofa, kitchen (with stove with 4 cooking rings, big oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine), bathroom and on the upper floor there are two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and one bathroom. Unit includes dining table and washing machine. Maisonette No1 offers terrace with nice sea view.

Apartment No1 includes a living room with three-seater bed, two-seater bed, armchair, kitchen (with stove with 4 cooking rings, big oven, microwave), bathroom with shower cabin, separate bedroom with a double bed and has a terrace with sea view.

Apartment No2 is the same as the Number 1, the only difference is that it's next to the right.
