Description

Sunny Private Villa is located in the vicinity of Sani, on the Kassandra Peninsula. It is 3.4 kilometers from the beach. The villa can accommodate 9 people and offers a spacious garden with a parking space.

Accommodation

The villa is maisonette spreading over three levels. The basement includes a bathroom and a room with a double and a single bed. The ground floor consists of a living room, a kitchen that includes a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster, and a coffee maker, a dining area, and a second bathroom. There are three bedrooms with double beds and a third bathroom on the first floor.

All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, a hair dryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine, and ironing equipment. All bathrooms have showers. A baby cot and a high chair can be added free of charge on request.

The villa is not cleaned during the stay, while clean sets of bed linen and towels are available for guests to change as needed.

Guests have access to a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, a swing, and a view of the garden. A parking space is provided in the garden. Pets are welcome by agreement and for an additional fee.
