Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Sunny Dreams Studio is located 100 meters from the beach in Polichrono, on the Kassandra Peninsula. The newly built unit is set on the ground floor and suitable for two adults and two children.
The central square and the taxi/bus stop are about 500 meters from the accommodation.
Accommodation
It is an apartment with a separate bedroom with a double bed. The second room features a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen that includes a dining area, a small refrigerator, a two-burner stove, a coffee maker, and a kettle. There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and TVs in both rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi internet.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 4 days.
In front of the apartment is an outdoor area for sitting and dining.
Free private parking is available to guests.

Apartman je nov, čist, ima sopstveni parking. Odlična lokacija, u samom centru, a opet izopsten od guzve, plaza na 3 minuta hoda. Zaista je bilo uzivanje. A pravo osvezenje je divna Maria, koja odlicno prica engleski i svaki dogovor lako postignut. Sve preporuke ❤️
