Description

Sunny Apartment is located 4 km from Trani Ammouda Beach and 150 meters from restaurants and shops, in Agios Nikolaos, on the Sithonia Peninsula. It offers spacious and well-equipped apartments for up to 8 people.

Accommodation

A total of four apartments are available.

The ground floor features two apartments that can accommodate 5+1 people each. They are located one step below ground level. Each has two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen area with a sofa bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine. The kitchen includes an electric stove, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and kitchenware. The terrace is at ground level and has a table and chairs.

On the first floor is a spacious apartment that can accommodate up to 6+2 people. The apartment contains three bedrooms (each with a double bed and air conditioning), a kitchen area with a dining table, a living room with a corner sofa, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed. The unit is equipped with a washing machine and an iron and has three exits to the terrace with an awning, a table, and chairs.

There is also an apartment for 5 people on the second floor of the neighboring building. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, an armchair, and a dining area. The kitchen includes an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator, kitchenware, and a microwave. There is also a private bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and air conditioning.

All units are equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, hair dryers, and safe boxes.

The accommodation does not have a yard or private parking, but guests can park their cars in the surrounding streets.
