• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sun Thalassa is a little heaven on a green hill surrounded by the beauty of Greek nature. It consists of 9 furnished apartments which first became available to the public in July 2019. The property is located in Paralia Folia, 15 km west from Nea Peramos and Ammolofoi beach, very close to the Byzantine Tower of Apollonia and Thermal Baths of Elefthere. It offers instant access to the old coastal highway and the attractive beaches nearby.

Accommodation

Standard apartments (63 sq. m.) can accommodate up to 4 persons each, while superior ones (71 sq. m.) can host up to 6. All apartments are modern, spacious and fully equipped. They offer private access, private parking space, garden with olive trees, access to BBQ facilities and a wonderful view to the Aegean Sea.

Each apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a living room with one or two double couch beds (separable).

There are 2 standard apartments on the ground floor and 3 of them on the upper floor. There are 4 superior apartments in total.

Manager and staff are always around to take care of your accommodation and help you with anything you need.
