Sun&Stone House is located in the tourist zone of Polichrono, a beautiful and increasingly popular Greek village that is especially convenient for a family vacation free from the hustle and bustle. It is located in a silent side street in the very center of the village with all amenities located just a few minutes away: the beautiful city beach is 40 meters away, while restaurants and shops are 20 meters away.

The facility is new, and it received its first guests in 2022. It is designed and stylish, hand-picked in every detail, to make guests feel comfortable and satisfied. The comfortable and functional, house is located at the very core of the old town.

It is owned by a family that has made sure that guests enjoy comfort, high hygiene standards and safety. The ambiance of a traditional Greek stone house equipped with all most common hotel necessities aims at providing the best possible escape from day-to-day commitments.

Accommodation

Sun&Stone House offers accommodation in nine special accommodation units classified into three categories:

Apartment A - up to 8 people

Four apartments on three levels, with four bedrooms each, located on the ground floor and third level, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen located on the middle level. These apartments each have two bathrooms and three balconies (of which two are equipped with patio furniture). The area of this type of accommodation is 84m2 and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Three bedrooms have double beds (160X200), and one has two single beds (90X200). Each room has a spacious wardrobe and dressing table.

Apartment B - 1 to 4 people

Four apartments on two levels, with two bedrooms each located on the ground floor and a living room, dining room, and kitchen located on the top level. Apartments have one bathroom and two balconies (of which one is equipped with patio furniture). The area of this type of accommodation is 52m2 and can accommodate up to 4 guests. One bedroom has a double bed (160X200), and one has two single beds (90X200). Each room has a spacious wardrobe and dressing table.

Apartment C - up to 6 people

One apartment on three levels, with three bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one on the third level, and a living room, dining room, and kitchen located on the middle level. These apartments each have two bathrooms and three balconies (of which two are equipped with patio furniture). The area of this type of accommodation is 68m2 and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms have double beds (160X200), and one has two single beds (90X200). Each room has a spacious wardrobe and dressing table.

• All accommodation units are fully equipped for the independent stay of guests.
• The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary dishes and have aspirators and refrigerators (three level apartments have two while two level apartments have one).
• The bathrooms have modern sanitary ware, shower cabins, and a hairdryer.
• The building has its own water tank, so there is no risk of running out of water, which can be a problem in tourist places in Greece.
• It also has solar panels that enable unlimited hot water at all times.
• All windows in the building have mosquito nets.
• Baby cots are available upon request.
• Cleaning is done daily, bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 5 days.
• WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
