• Prices are expressed in € per accommodation unit/day.
• The listed prices are the official prices of the owner of the object, without any additional intermediary commission.
• Note: The tourist tax (€2 per day / per room) is not included in the regular prices and is payable on site.
• When making a reservation, 30% of the total price is paid, the remaining 70% is paid upon arrival at the facility.
• The minimum stay is 7 nights, only in the month of May it is 14 nights
• Mandatory additional payment of €50 per reservation
• Upon the arrival of the guests, a guarantee deposit in the amount of €100 is required, and in case of compensation for any damage caused. The deposit will be returned to guests if no damage is caused after their stay in the accommodation

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Sun Rise Apartments is located in Kallithea, Kassandra Peninsula, Halkidiki. The beach is 500 m away. We offer two apartments located on the first floor. One apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults and one child, and the other apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Accommodation

Apartment Sun Rise 1 has two connecting single beds in the bedroom. And two sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator, a stove with a glass-ceramic plate, a kettle and a microwave oven. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.

Apartment Sun Rise 2 has two connecting single beds in the bedroom, as well as space for a cot for a baby. And two sofas in the living room for one person each. The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator, a stove with a glass-ceramic plate, a kettle. toaster and microwave oven. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.

Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, ironing board and iron are at guests' disposal.

The terrace with outdoor furniture has an area of 100 m² and is shared.

Parking is provided for guests.
