Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The Sun House is located in the village Agios Nikolaos, within 2.5 km from Trani Ammouda Beach.

In the center of the village there are restaurants, a cafe, bakeries and shops. The port Ormos Panagias, from where boats depart for Mount Athos, is at 2.5 km. The town of Vourvourou is 11 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is 100 km from the property.

Agios Nikolaos - Sithonia

Agios Nikolaos, on the north-east part of Sithonia, is a mountainous village, famous for the traditional 19th century houses that are characteristic examples of popular architecture.

Agios Nikolaos is close to Trani Ammoudia beach, Pirgadikia, Vourvourou and to the port of Ormos Panagias (2km), from where you can take a boat excursion to Mount Athos. Thessaloniki is at a distance of 120 km.

Agios Nikolaos has about 2500 inhabitants and they are famous for their produced tsipouro (a strong sort of ouzo) and honey. It is nice to walk through the village or to visit the beaches that are on a close distance. In Agios Nikolaos and in the surroundings as well there are numerous of accommodation to stay.
