• Five days before arrival, the guest sends a final confirmation of the reservation by email.
• 2 days advance payment is required for reservation with WESTERN UNION . The full amount will be paid on the first day of arrival.
• Air-conditioning - extra charge 5 EUR/ per night.

Cancellation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded 100%, less an administration fee which in most cases is €30 but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show, the deposit amount will be charged.
• In case of cancellation during the stay, half of the remaining canceled dates will be charged (according to Greek legislation).

Description

Sun Beach Gara - Dimoulea is an accommodation next to Neos Panteleimon beach in the area of Pieria, near Platamon. The complex features studios for 3-4 people and offers an attractive beach bar with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Accommodation

A total of 14 studios are available on the ground floor, first, second and third floors. They are ideal for a family stay - each can accommodate 2 adults and 1-2 children of any age.

All studios contain double and bunk beds. They have a small kitchen that includes a small or large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a mini electric stove with two rings, an electric kettle, a toaster, glasses, cutlery, and basic dishes. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

Each unit has a private covered terrace with a table and four chairs. Some studios have a direct or a side sea view.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

A yard and a beach bar are at guests' disposal. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be used freely with an ordered drink, coffee, or snacks.

A private covered parking space is provided for each unit.
