Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Summer House Studios & Apartments is a wonderful complex of studios & apartments, located in the seaside of picturesque village of Nikiti in Sithonia. Summer House is a family run resort, only a few minutes to the beach, built with enthusiasm and love to offer you comfortable and pleasant holidays in Chalkidiki.
Ideally located in a quiet environment ,with both a sea view and view of the sourrounding gardens, 40m from the beach, and not very far from lovely beaches with a number of water sport facilities, within beautiful garden, surrounded by trees.

Odličan smeštaj. Mi smo bili smešteni u Luxury suite 50m² - pogled na more, 1. sprat. To je zapravo prizemlje, ali pošto je kuća na uzbrdici računa se kao prvi sprat. Ima divan pogled na more, veliku prostranu terasu. Higijena je vrhunska, sve miriši na čisto. Spremaju svaki dan, posteljina i peškiri se menjaju posle svake tri noći. U apartmanu ima sve, pegla, daska, raid, aparati, redovan frižider sa zamrzivačem, veliki trpezarijski sto. Po dolasku nas je dočekala dobrodošlica ( voda, sok, grickalice) a na odlasku smo dobili poklončić od domaćina koji su jako ljubazni, kao i žene koje spremaju. Na recepciji je gostima dostupna voda, neko pecivo i kafa iz aparata. Malo dvorište takođe može da se koristi. Parking je dostupan za sve goste. Iako je u opisu i na fotografijama prikazana plaža sa ležaljkama i suncobranima, toga nema. Naime zbog zakona o upotrebi plaže sav mobilijar je sklonjen tako da gosti mogu da uzmu ležaljke i suncobran iz dvorišta i da ih spuste na plažu a uveče vrate. Ležaljki ima samo nekoliko, pa zapravo nisu dostupne za sve goste, već samo za one brže. Spremačice su super, jedino što uglavnom dolaze tek oko dva-tri sata, kada se mi povučemo sa plaže pa onda budemo u sobi dok one spremaju. Za par minuta hoda se stiže do luke i početka šetališta, lokacija je baš dobra jer nije u gužvi. Sve u svemu preporuka.
