Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If the reservation is cancelled after that, the deposit is not refundable but you may change your booking dated depending on availability.

Summer House Pefkari is located only 50 meters from the beach, in Pefkari, on the island of Thassos. Can accommodate up to 6 persons.

Cottage is the ideal choice for those who prefer privacy, but close to all amenities in the place.

Summer House Pefkari (50m2) includes 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed smaller from standard and the other with two single beds), living room with kitchen space where is also one sofa with extra drawer bed (with standard matress) and bathroom.

In the front of the Summer House Pefkari is the Hotel Akti, but terrace offers side sea view.
