• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Summer Getaway Villa is located in Prinos, on the island of Thassos, about 1.5 km from the beach. Set in a quiet environment, protected from the crowds, but with easy access to beaches and other island attractions.

The villa can accommodate 8 people and offers a garden with a parking space.

Accommodation

The villa spreads over two levels and has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with a single and a drawer bed. There are two sofa beds in the living room.

The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a dining table.

The house offers two private bathrooms - one with a shower with a curtain, the other with a bathtub and a washing machine. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

Guests have at their disposal a terrace on the upper floor, and a spacious porch with seating and a view of the garden. There is a parking space for one vehicle in the yard.
