• Children up to 3 years old are free of charge. Children aged 4 and above are considered adults.
• Transfer from airport to the hotel cost 90 euro per way (max. 4 persons).
• Transfer from airport to the hotel with mini van cost 110 euro per way (max. 6-7 persons).

• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Summer Dream Hotel is located in Polychrono in Chalkidiki, is 50m far away from the sea, is renovated in 2015, with parking area and swimming pool with jacuzzi. The functional philosophy of Summer Dream Hotel is that luxury is in hospitality, simplicity and discretion. We make sure that our guests will find everything they need to have a relaxed, quiet and pleasant stay.

Inside our hotel guests will find the pool area with sun umbrellas and comfortable sun beds, where you have the opportunity to engoy coffees, coctails and snacks.

Accommodation

It provides 24 double, triple and two spaces rooms with fully equipped kitchen, T.V., WiFi, air-condition, balcony, satellite receiver and telephone.

Double Room (25 m²) includes 1 double or 2 single beds and can accommodate up to 2 adults.

Triple Room (35 m²) includes 1 double, 1 single bed and 1 sofa. Can accommodate up to 3 adults.

Quadruple Room (38 m²) includes 1 double , 2 single/bunk beds. In some units there is 1 sofa. Can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Apartment (45 m²) has a living room and a separate bedroom, includes 1 double bed and 3 single beds. Can accommodate up to 5 adults.
