Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Summer Beach Hotel welcomes you in its renovated rooms and areas on the beach of the seaside village of Polichrono Chalkidiki!

The 10 double, 4 triple and 3 family rooms all with sea view and a few meters from the sea are one of the best holiday options for you and your friends or family.

Our communal facilities such as the shared kitchen and barbecue as well as in-room equipment will offer all the necessities for small meals when needed.

Accommodation

Double or Twin Partial Sea View room (25m2) - has always partial sea view ! The renovated room is spacious and may accommodate 2 Guests. Room includes 1 double Bed or 2 single Beds.

Triple Room Sea View (30m2) - has a double and 1 single beds and always partial sea view ! The renovated room is spacious and may accommodate 3 Guests.

Family Room Sea View (35m2) - has either a double and a double sofa bed or a double and a bunk bed for 2 guests and always partial sea view ! The renovated room is spacious and may accommodate 4 Guests.
