Description

Studios Xanthipi is located in the popular tourist town of Sarti, in Sithonia. The property is located by the sea, just 20 meters from the beach. The main square in Sarti is about 60 meters from the accommodation, and shops and a bakery are nearby.

Accommodation

Studios Xanthipi offers three studios that can accommodate 3 to 4 people and are fully equipped with all modern facilities. Within each studio, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a double bed, a single bed, and in two of the three studios there is room for another, the fourth person. All three studios have terraces overlooking the sea.

The studios are equipped with a fridge with a small freezer, a washbasin, a cooking hob, air conditioning, wifi internet, a TV, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.

In front of the house, there is a street, and the building also has a courtyard on the back of the house, and on the ground floor, there is a cafe.

Studio 3+1 covers an area of 31m² and has one double bed, and one single bed with a drawer bed where can one child sleep.
