• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Studios Thea Fresh Rooms is located at the exit of Limenas, just 3 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from the beach. The villa is located on the edge of a pine forest and provides an incredible view of the surrounding area and the sea.

The villa has a fully equipped studio, which can accommodate 2-4 people. Each studio has a private bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning and LCD TV. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool with sun beds and parking.
