Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Built in the center of the village of Potos, Studios Rizos welcomes you in Potos on the south side of the island of Thassos. Studios Rizos is just 60 meters from the beach of Potos and located at the village center. Potos is very close to some of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Thassos.

Accommodation

The accommodation has been completely renovated in 2014. There are 4 cozy units with special decoration.

Our one bedroom apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed. In the kitchen area you will find a single bed with an extra bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children of any age. If needed, an extra fifth person can be added.

The apartment also features a fully equpped kitchen with a refrigerator, a private bathroom, and a balcony with a seating area.

There are three studios which are perfect for parents with two children of any age. Studios feature a kitchenettes with fridges, private balconies with a garden view, tables, and chairs, and private bathrooms.

All units are spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped with TV and free Wi-Fi. The cleaning and the changing of the linens and towels are done every 3 days.

In the yard, there is a brick barbecue with an outside sitting and dining area. Each guest is provided with a parking space.

Studios Rizos have a very favourable location. The closest supermarket is just one minute walk away, while taverns and other amenities are less that 90 meters away. It is perfect for tourists who want to be in the center and close to the beach.

Sve pohvale za ovaj smestaj. Dobri domacini , sobe se odrzavaju na najvisem nivou , gazdarica veoma ljubazna i spremna da izadje u susret za sta god bude trebalo . Plaza ja na tri minuta hoda od smestaja , takodje je obezbedjen i privatni parking za automobile.Moje preporuke !!!

Bili krajem avgusta. Odlična lokacija, 3min od plaže. Zna da bude malo bučnije noću jer je prometno. Imaju svoj parking, 200m od vile je, zaključan. Imali smo trokrevetan studio, vrlo čist, sa terasom. Klima uključena u cenu. Najpozitivniji utisak je ostavila domaćica Despina koje je divna i uslužna. Takođe dočekaće vas njihov domaći med i rakija kao dobrodošlica, svaka čast 👌 Mi smo iz zdravstvenih razloga morali da se vratimo dva dana ranije i ona nam je vratila pola novca za ta dva dana iako nismo tražili.
