Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Studios Plaka stands in the middle of a small Aegean bay called Plaka, surrounded by an ancient olive tree forest, a handful of pine trees, and the mountain of Metamorphosis, in Skala Kallirachi, on the island of Thassos. Here, the fresh Aegean breeze and the shade of our olive trees and arbors provide the perfect escape from high Greek summer temperatures.
You will be surrounded by the sea, trees, rocks, and mountains and by the sun rising from the hills and setting in front of our private pebble beach. You can lay back on the comfortable sun loungers and feel the Aegean aura surrounding you. There is no feeling like the soft sea breeze touching you as it invites you to dive in the azure, transparent waters.

It is an exclusive resort that only accommodates up to 9 families at a time, ensuring each guest enjoys the best possible care.
