• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Studios Pantelatos located in a quiet location 400m from the center of Sami and 150m from the beach.

Pantelatos Studios are newly constructed rooms in a traditional two storey building complex, an ideal place suited for all your needs, whether it be with the whole family, or to spend it with that special someone.

The complex is complemented by a beautiful garden rich in native plantation, trees and flowers, BBQ, parking and space for childrens to play..

Accommodation

Pantelatos Studios offers 4 rooms. Each room can accommodate two up to four people and has its own kitchen with refrigerator, private bathroom with round the clock hot water supply, air-conditioning, tv ,and its own veranda where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea and Mount Ainos.

Pantelatos Studios is a family run business, where friendliness, service, and incomparable hospitality along with reasonable rates are as important to us as they are to you.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen is done every four days, while towels are changed every third day.
