Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

In the beautiful and picturesque location of Agios Ioannis in Lefkada, you will find the Studios Niki. The complex consists of apartments and studios.

Nestled in the bosom of the beautiful olive grove of Lefkada, the complex Studios Niki is located in the middle of a large, lush estate of four acres, paved from end to end with grass, flowers and trees, and full of perennial olive trees.

It’s located only 700m from the famous beach of Agios Ioannis, which is featured as an area of special natural beauty and famous for its crystal clear blue water. It is rewarded with the Blue Flag.

Complex facilities include parking, overgrown garden and magnificent view.

Accommodation

The complex Studios Niki consists of 2-spaced bright apartments with a separate bedroom and large single remaining room. There can be accommodated couples and families.

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, double beds, wardrobes and spacious balconies which have a beautiful view of the Mills of Lefkada, the sea, and the olive grove.

It also includes studios (one room apartments), all ground floor, with kitchen, large tiled terraces, which in combination with grass are providing maximum security and are ideal for playing the children carefree.

All rooms are spacious, well made, very carefully and fully equipped to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Odlicna lokacija, blizu grada, a ipak mir i tisina. Dvoriste ogromno sa puno stabala maslina i smokava. Smestaj cist, menjanje posteljine svaki treci dan. Gazda divan i predusretljiv. Bili smo vec dva puta ovde, nadamo se da cemo i ove godine!!!

Da li ima slobodan apartman za 4 odrasle osobe i po kojoj ceni.

Bila sam ovde od 3 do 14 septembra 2017, i stvarno je fantasticno! Smestaj je zaista lepsi nego na slikama, jako uredan i cist, ciste ga svaki drugi dan(ciscenje kupatila, izbacivanje smeca, promena posteljine, meni su cak i oprali sudove koje sam ujutru ostavila u sudoperi), mirno je, dvoriste je veliko, maslinjak je fantastican, sve u svemu samo reci hvale. Gazda je izuzetan covek, dosao je kolima da nas pokupi sa glavne stanice jer smo na lefkadu dosli autobusom. Moj savet je da tamo idete samo ako planirate da idete automobilom, ili mozete da izanjmite jedan za sve dane koje tamo provedete, ali ici busom kao mi se ne isplati. Za Niki studios svakako sve preporuke! I parovi, i ljudi sa decom, necete pogresiti!
