Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 21-30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 50% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In in case of cancellation, any costs of the deposit return borne by the customer.

The studio has a double bed and a sofa, accommodating two or three people.

The apartment is designed for 2-4 people and has a double bed and two single beds.

Both units have a private bathroom, a terrace with a partial sea view, a table and chairs, and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and kitchenware.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with television and Wi-Fi internet.

The property is located in a beautiful, paved courtyard with palm trees, a garden, and a barbecue area. An outdoor dining area, deckchairs, and outside furniture are also available to guests.
