Description

We are located in Ouranoupoli, Chalkidiki, just 150 meters away from the Tower, the landmark of our small village, and the port.

Studios Liotrivi is only 50m away from the nearest beach, 100m from the organized beach and 300m from the city center.

Accommodation

Studios Liotrivi opened in 2015. The hotel consists of 8 spacious and fully equipped rooms, and some have an amazing sea view.

Each room is equipped with a bathroom, a kitchenette, air conditioning, LCD TV, a small or bigger fridge, and also free WiFi.

The complex consists of 2 buildings and include in total:1 double room, 4 studios for 2-3 persons and 3 apartments that can accommodate 2-7 persons.

First building

• Double room (ground floor) has 2 twin iron beds.

• Double studio (ground floor) has 2 twin iron beds.

• Apartment (ground floor) has 2 wooden twin beds in the bedroom and 2 wooden single beds in the kitchen area.

• There is a possibility to rent one room with one single bed for use by just one person.

• Two double studios (first floor) have 2 single bed (extra bed can be added upon request).

• Triple studio (first floor) has 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

• Apartment (first floor) has 2 single beds in the bedroom and 3 single beds in the kitchen area.

Second building

• Apartment (90m2) includes: 3 bedrooms (two of them have 2 single beds and the third has 1 single bed) and kitchen area with double sofa bed.

Linen and towels are changed every 3 days. However, in case the guest wants fresh towels every day, we will be happy to provide them with new towels an a daily basis.

10/10 Evo vec 5 dana smo ovde i mogu da kazem da je fenomenalno. Objekat je nov, sobe su odlicne,ciste, sve je ispravno. Opis je potpuno tacan. Gazde ili bolje reci gazdarica jer nju uglavnom i srecemo je izuzetno ljubazna i prijatna. Lokacija je odlicna za onog ko zeli da se odmori. ispod apartmana ima poludivlja plaza na kojoj bude 5-6 suncobrana. Plaza je ove godine ,malo krupniji pesak ali ulazak u vodu je malo tezi zbog oblog kamena. Ali patike za vodu resavaju i taj problem. Voda. da nije slana toliko je cista da bi mogo da ju piješ. Gradic je miran , hrana u restoranima je vise nego odlicna. nema greske gde god da sednete. Ko zeli da se odmori preporucujem ovaj smestaj.
