• Each apartment can accommodate 5 people. Fifth person extra charge - €10/ per day.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Check-in: after 14:00; Check-out: until 11:00.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Studios Koula 2 is located in Potos in the south of the island of Thasos, at a distance of 450m from the sandy beach. The complex consists of 2 houses and offers perfect accommodation for families and larger groups of friends.

Accommodation consists of two brand new houses for rent with three apartments available.

Accommodation

A spacious apartment Koula (45m2) on the first floor in the first house, is ideal to accommodate large families. The bedroom has one double bed with a single drawer bed to be used if necessary. In the living room, except the kitchen, there are two folding sofa beds suitable for adults or younger children. Spacious terrace is overlooking the sea.

The second house is renovated for the season 2017 and consists of two four bed apartments.

Ground floor apartment Stamatis/Mary (45m2) has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the second room there’s a kitchen and two single beds. In this room you can add an extra bed.

The apartment Tomi/Korina on the first floor (37m2) has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with kitchen. In the bedroom you can add another bed.

Apartments are air conditioned, have fully equipped kitchen with a small stove and oven, terrace, safe box, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, new bathroom, new furniture and very nice interior decoration.

Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is performed every five days.

In the garden there is a barbecue, which can be used by all guests, and there is a private parking.

Upravo završavamo letovanje. Smeštaj najbolji u Potosu u kome smo do sada bili a već 10god letujemo ovde. Veliki i prostran apartman i terasa. Okruženo šumom, mir i tišina. Besprekorno čisto, na tri dana menjaju posteljinu i peškire. Sve od pribora, nista ne mora da se nosi. Veoma ljubazni. Parking. Svaka preporuka

Jedan od najlepši smeštaja u kojima smo boravili.Sve preporuke.Nov apartman Tomi,sve besprekorno.Blizu centra Potosa,a ipak na kratkoj udaljenosti koja će vam obezbediti mir i odmor u pravom smislu te reči.Vlasnica i njena porodica divni ljudi,prijatni,gostoljubivi i nenametljivi,a opet uvek tu za vas.

Trenutno se nalazimo u novoj vili -apartman Koula . Sto se tice smestaja sve je novo,cisto. Gazde su veoma ljubazne. Imaju svoj parking. Udaljeni su od gradske plaze 10 min. hoda. Veoma je mirno. Sve preporuke!!!
