The building is ground floor (3 steps above ground level). The apartments have the same structure and equipment - they consist of a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a private bathroom, and a terrace. Double units have a double bed, and triple units have a double and a single bed.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a small stove with an oven and three burners, a toaster, and a kettle. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and mosquito nets. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

Each apartment has a terrace with seating and a view of the garden.
