Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Studios Katerina is located on the beach, next to the promenade and consists of three buildings in a row one after the other, in Nea Iraklitsa, in Kavala. It was built in 1998 and has been partially renovated for the 2018 season.

Accommodation

Luxurious Full Sea View Family Suite (fully renovated) is 10m from the beach. It has brand new king size double bed (180X200cm), with 27cm mattress with latex, brand new furniture and lighting and 32'' flat screen TV in the bedroom, two single brand new full beds (27cm mattress with latex) in the sitting room, new dining set, new fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom.

Luxurious Marina View Sea Apartment on the first floor, or Luxurious Panoramic Sea View Family Apartment on the second floor are 40m from the beach. They have brand new french beds (180x200cm) with mattress (27cm) with latex, brand new furniture and lighting in the bedroom, new single beds with mechanism for opening a second bed (two single beds) in the living room, new dishes and cutlery. 32 inch flat screen TV and brand new bathroom.

Economy Garden View Family Apartment, with two single beds in the bedroom, a double bed in the open space and a fully equipped kitchen with dining set. The bathroom is fully renovated. There are air conditioning, 32'' flat screen TV, WiFi internet and a balcony. These units are not renovated.

There are also suites for two and three persons.There is private parking with a limited number of seats (for four to five cars), but guests do not have to worry about it, as there are enough free parking spaces near or adjacent to the road. Also, there is public parking at 80m from the accommodation, which is charged about one euro per day. In the yard there is a barbecue.

All guests are free to use deck chairs and beach umbrellas in front of the property. Cleaning, linen and towels are changed every three days.
